What types of products and models does Rojek work with? 
We work with metal lids for food products. The models are:
- ROJEK Abre-Fácil caps in diameters 67 and 74mm;
- ROJEK BR-1 caps (twist-off) in diameters 38, 58, 63, 74, 85 and 113mm;
- ROJEK BR-1 caps, with Abre-Fácil system in diameters 85 and 113mm.
Can the caps be customized by you?
The metal lids can be customized by Rojek, meeting the minimum volumes for each diameter. We have a creative and arts department in our factory dedicated to the customization of the lids. After the development of the project layout, it is approved by the client before being made.
Is there a minimum number for ordering a cap?
There is a minimum volume for lithographed lids (decorated exclusively for the logo and visual identity of each company).
Are they:
Abre-Fácil , 67 and 74 mm - 50,000 units
BR-1, 38mm - To be agreed.
BR-1, 58mm, 63mm, 74mm and 85mm - 50,000 units
BR-1, 113mm - 25,000 units
For generic (in stock) lid orders, the minimum is one box. The number of caps in a box varies depending on its model and size.
How many caps come in a box?
You can buy from a box, in the case of non-lithographed lids, in the options of white, gold and black lids.
The quantities per box are:
A.F. - 67mm - 1500 caps
A.F. - 74mm - 1500 caps
BR-1 - 38mm - 2800 caps
BR-1 - 58mm - 1900 caps
BR-1 - 63mm - 1700 caps
BR-1 - 74mm - 1200 caps
BR-1 - 85mm - 800 caps
BR-1 - 113mm - 300 caps
What is the minimum and maximum delivery time?
For non-personalized caps, that is, generic ones, we have them for immediate delivery, up to 48h. For custom caps, our delivery time varies from 10 to 15 working days.
